All sessions are pre-paid to reserve the time in our calendar. At this time, we accept pre-authorized debit (no extra cost) or credit (+3% service charge) for monthly subscriptions. These are convenient and secure options that reduce the administrative burden for everyone. If you would like to discuss other payment options, please let us know.

We ask for 24 hours notice when requesting any changes to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled after this period are forfeited, except for sickness or emergency (50% credit). If possible and upon request, we will try to reschedule the session.

If your schedule changes and you need to make adjustments, please kindly notify Admin at least 7 days before your payment date (14 days for termination of service). This gives us the best chance of being able to accommodate your request. After the deadline, we are happy to reschedule sessions within the same calendar month at no extra cost. Sessions can be credited to the next month for a $25 admin fee.

While we do our absolute best to match you with a tutor that suits your needs, it may not work out for various reasons, whether it boils down to fit or changing circumstances. We warmly welcome your feedback and will offer alternative solutions so that you don’t have to worry about finding a tutor yourself!
